1930 Speedster owned by Dean Weller of De Soto, Kansas. This is Dean's 2000 Project car. It is being fashioned in the style of the early Bugatti racers. The cockpit is set back and the front suspension will be set forward to give it that long and low look. Dean belongs to the Plain Ol' A's and several other clubs in the Greater Kansas City area.
