Becoming a Member of the
Era Fashions Committee

There are going to be three vacancies on the Era Fashion Committee for the two year term that begins on July 1. If you have ever thought about being on the Committee, now is your chance.

The criteria to become a member of the EFC are:

• Active membership in the Model A Ford Club of America
• Eighteen year’s or more of age.
• Experience with local, regional or national MAFCA activities.
• Experience as a MAFCA fashion judge or entrant is desirable.

Being a member of the Committee is a lot of fun and a real learning experience. We discover new fashion information about the era and share this information with the Model A community. There are usually two meetings a year, one in the fall when the committee addresses the problems or successes of the years sanctioned judging events, and one meeting in the spring to review the upcoming meets for the current year. The Committee also reviews all comments and inquiries received by MAFCA concerning era fashions.

The Committee monitors the fashion judges list, to keep information current and to keep our fashion judges in the loop about new information in the era fashion world.

To apply, submit a letter to the Era Fashion Committee Chairperson,, stating your qualifications, MAFCA fashion judging or entrant experience, and why you would like to be a member of the Era Fashion Committee.
