02/16/10 - Mullins Trailers
Due to misinformation, the Mullins Trailer page has been removed from the MAFCA web site until correct information can be found. A reference to a Mullins Red Cap trailer club stated on that page cannot be located, and the telephone number and e-mail address on the page are invalid.

01/17/10 - Hubley Rules
It has been pointed out that the Hubley Rules page erroneously lists the scale of Hubley cars as 1:24. Reviewing the literature provided in some Gabriel kits indicates the correct scale is 1:20. That has been corrected on the Hubley Rules Page.

11/24/09 - Locating the Model A Serial Number on the Frame
Added a diagram that will help the restorer locate the Model A's serial number (VIN) on the frame. The diagram is posted on the Technical Q&A Page under CHASSIS - OTHER.

11/15/09 - Model A Weddings
It's been a few years since we've had a Model A wedding photo submitted. Joop Plaggenborg of Ashland MA sent in photos of a wedding in Holland of the daughter of his best friend . The Model A was sold to him by Joop. See the photo on the Galley - Weddings Page.

10/27/09 - Sad News
VIrginia Scott, wife of former MAFCA President Charlie Scott, passed away on September 21. VIrginia was a former president of the Hangtown A's and an avid MAFCA member. Read more on the In Memory Page

10/12/09 - Chapters
Added the 180-A Deluxe Phaeton Body Style group to the Special Interest Group area of the
Chapters Page. The link to this group and to REGIONS is at the bottom of the map.

09/28/09 - International Model A Day
Created a new page for accounts of chapters' International Model A Day activities, appropriated titled the
International Model A Page.

09/19/09 - Policies
The MAFCA Board of Directors updated several policies at the September 12 board meeting including
P2S05-F Newsletter award
P3S01 National Convention Guidelines and application, and
P3S20-A Chapter Registration.
MAFCA policies can be viewed on the Policies Page.

09/10/09- Member-Built Hubley Vehicles
Updated the Hubley page to allow members to click on an e-mail link to submit photos of their own Hubley vehicles to the web site.

08/30/09 - California Department of Motor Vehicles web site
Added a link to the California DMV web site on the LINKS Page under ORGANIZATIONS.

5/18/09 - Sad News
1966 MAFCA President Ken Kaitschuck passed away December 20. An article on Ken appeared in the May/June issue of The Restorer and is repeated on the "In Memory" Page.

03/25/09 - MAFCA President Resigns
President Brian Freestone resigned from the Board on March 22. The MAFCA Board met via teleconference on March 23 and accepted Brian's resignation and elected Les Andrews to complete Brian's term as President. A new director will be named in the near future to replace the vacancy on the Board.
